🎉 Welcome to Our 2025–2026 School Captains! 🎉

We are proud to introduce our newly elected School Captains for 2025–2026:
Eshaan, Chloe, Aarav, and Rhitika.

Chosen by the student body, these outstanding individuals will take on key leadership roles within the school. As School Captains, they will represent the voices of their peers, support fellow students, and work closely with teachers and staff to uphold the values and spirit of Girraween High School.

We look forward to seeing them lead with integrity, passion, and a commitment to making our school community even stronger.

A year at our school

We held the Induction Ceremony of the School Captains for 2025-2026 on Monday 28th July 2025. Congratulations to our captains we look forward to seeing all the amazing things you will achieve.

Girraween High School hosted the Junior Secondary Speaking Award - Public Speaking competition with one of our Year 7 Students winning and moving on to compete at regional level.

We celebrated Multicultural Day on 21st March 2025. The students enjoy sharing their cultures through food stalls and dance demonstrations.

We have many sporting events during the year. Knockout Sports is one that Girraween students enjoy being a part of.

Cross Country 2025 was held on 27th March 2025 at Parramatta Park.
